HR Manager

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee relations. What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and support business growth.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Foster strong relationships across teams by addressing employee needs, resolving concerns, and promoting open communication.
Oversee performance management systems that drive engagement and excellence.
Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits programs to ensure fairness and compliance.
Assess training needs and coordinate development programs that help employees reach their full potential.
Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
Leadership & Team Management
Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional growth.
Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and oversee team KPIs.
Lead new hire onboarding and training to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for all employees.
Monitor company-wide compliance and culture trends, and present proactive solutions to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
