About Us:
At Total Care Connect, we bridge the gap between health and care by delivering high-quality, protocol-driven services directly in the home. As a clinician-led Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) organization, we are redefining the role of the paramedic—empowering providers to practice at the top of their license, assess social and clinical barriers, and build continuity in care.
